FunctieomschrijvingRandstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for a Skin Health Assistant ScientistWork area: PomeziaContractual situation: 12 fixed-term contractResponsabilitàMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Create and manage development briefs with external partners and suppliers, including core houses, ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated and documented.Coordinate the preparation of samples, including the preparation of necessary documents and shipment logistics for GxP studies and trade samples.Monitor and follow up on fragrance rework projects in collaboration with business partners and the R&D team, ensuring timely and effective communication.Prepare and complete dossiers for the release of batches, working closely with Quality and Compliance (Q&C) to ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Functie-eisenREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education Level: University or higher degree.Language Level: Advanced English (read, write and speak), minimum C1 level.Ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives.Strong ability to monitor timelines, identify and escalated risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Desired Qualification: Previous experience in laboratory, formula development and/or project management will be a differential factor.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
