AFFINITY PETCARE, azienda leader nel settore pet food ricerca un Responsabile di reparto produttivo da inserire nel proprio stabilimento di Mantova.La figura sarà responsabile delle performance di una cella produttiva composta da più linee, con focus su sicurezza, qualità, costi, personale e innovazione.RESPONSABILITA'Gestirai direttamente i team di linea e coordinerai le attività giornaliere di produzione.Guiderai l'implementazione della strategia operativa con approccio PDCA.Supervisionerai le performance di sicurezza e qualità e promuoverai la cultura\ "Run-To-Target\".Collaborerai con i team tecnici per ridurre le perdite e ottimizzare le risorse.Parteciperai a progetti di innovazione e sviluppo di nuovi prodotti/processi.REQUISITIDiploma tecnico o laurea (preferibile in ambito ingegneristico).Esperienza in contesto produttivo e nella gestione di teamConoscenza di sistemi Lean, dinamiche di fabbrica, sicurezza e qualità.Ottime capacità di leadership, comunicazione e problem solving.COSA OFFRIAMORAL competitiva e commisurata all'esperienza maturataAmbiente dinamico e strutturatoAffinity University: formazione continua e sviluppo professionaleSconti su prodotti Amazon e iniziative aziendali dedicate
