Selezioniamo per multinazionale tedesca posizionata in ambito automotive, un responsabile di produzione con competenze nella verniciatura delle plastiche. La figura scelta sarà responsabile del processo di applicazione delle vernici e delle fasi di testing e sviluppo del prodotto.Obiettivi Agire come portavoce tecnico per il miglioramento e lo sviluppo dei prodotti Supportare i progetti (LWR, CPR, EPM) e dare priorità al portafoglio progetti, coordinando le attività di altre funzioni aziendali (tra cui tecnologia, marketing, vendite, operazioni e altre unità aziendali) e assicurarsi che gli impegni/traguardi siano raggiunti. Condurre e coordinare le indagini/i reclami relativi alla qualità dei prodotti, compresa la risoluzione dei problemi, e riportare i risultati tramite SalesForce. Fornire assistenza tecnica e consulenza sui problemi tecnici e sui reclami ai clienti e al team di assistenza tecnica, in collaborazione con l'organizzazione di ricerca e sviluppo, al fine di sviluppare una risposta rapida ai clienti e una soluzione ai problemi. Supportare il Program Manager durante il processo di approvazione dei prodotti, in modo che il portafoglio delle tecnologie approvate dai clienti sia in linea con la strategia di crescita. Supportare il lancio dei prodotti e il trasferimento tecnologico. Fornire supporto applicativo di alto livello durante il lancio di nuovi prodotti Esaminare le linee di produzione e definire le impostazioni delle applicazioni per supportare lo sviluppo dei colori e dei prodotti. Preparare presentazioni, relazioni e recensioni per gli stakeholder esterni e interni.Requisiti Laurea triennale in Chimica, Ingegneria o altre scienze applicate preferibilmente. Esperienza nel settore automobilistico, chimico o in settori correlati. Conoscenza dei processi di formulazione e applicazione delle vernici. È altamente preferibile l'esperienza di lavoro in un ambiente di ricerca e sviluppo e nel lancio di nuovi prodotti sul mercato. Comprovate capacità di gestione dei progetti, comprese conoscenze e competenze nelle diverse metodologie, standard e strumenti. Comprovate capacità di problem solving e analisi con capacità decisionale basata sui dati. Capacità di comprendere le esigenze dei clienti e tradurle in offerte di prodotti/soluzioni. Ottime capacità comunicative e di networking. Ottima conoscenza di MS Office e Salesforce. Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano.Inserimento in un range di RAL tra€ 55.000 - € 65.000
