Here are the detailsWhat You’ll DoArchitect and Develop Reusable Code: Develop reusable code, promote code modularity, and ensure maintainability. Design, Develop, and Maintain Services: Design, develop, and maintain services with a focus on consistency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective, scalable backend or software solutions. Code Reviews and Coding Standards: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards to maintain quality and ensure consistency. Staying Up-to-date with Technology: Staying updated with the latest trends, advancements, tools, and frameworks, and driving their adoption when appropriate is emphasized in all. Collaboration with Managers: Collaboration with product and engineering managers to define project timelines, estimate effort, and ensure successful delivery is mentioned in each. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues to ensure optimal performance and timely resolution are mentioned, particularly with a backend focus. Fostering Continuous Learning and Growth: Contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team, either by mentoring junior engineers or through general team culture. What We’re Looking ForExtensive experience in backend development Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Good knowledge of event-driven architecture, microservices, and domain-driven design. Enthusiasm for trying new technologies and helping other developers grow. Self-motivated, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and accountability for deliverables.
