We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and counting YOUR TASKS You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests You are in charge of welcome and good-bye process from A to Z, managing check-ins and check-outs to create best experience for our guests and optimize hotel occupancy You respond to our guests' personal and phone inquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities and additional services You take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks etc. You work in a team and are ready to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar) You enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day-, evening- and night shifts YOUR PROFILE You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitality (at least one year) You have good knowledge of a front office system ( ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT) You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experience for our guests You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together You can work in shifts, and also available on the weekends and night shifts You are fluent in English (B2) and Italian WHAT MEININGER OFFERS Attractive salary (collective agreement plus overpayment depending on experience and qualifications) Extra vacation days (max. 5) for every year with MEININGER, company jubilees 2 days paid for humanitarian activities Mondly – language courses MEININGER Staff Nights Program & discounts for friends and family Employee events and team activities: M-Days, Christmas party, team building events Growth and development opportunities as part of an internationally expanding organization Open Up: Access 1:1 sessions with certified psychologists for MEININGER employees and their families Gift Vouchers for Special Occasions: Provided on birthdays, anniversaries, and other key milestones APPLICATION Please send us your CVand get ready for your MEININGER adventure We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace promotes creativity, innovation, and productivity.
