We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Backend Engineer You will be working in a cross-functional team to implement new features, evolve the current platform to keep up with the continuous growth and collaborate with your colleagues to transform ideas into concrete solutions. Your basic qualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in backend development, with a solid understanding of Node.js, TypeScript, and Mongo. Experience with OpenAPI standard (swagger). Proficient with one of the following Node.js frameworks: Fastify, Express, Nest.js. Experience in writing automated tests. Understanding of AWS as a cloud provider. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.We are also interested inExperience with ElasticSearch. Experience with message brokers like Kafka. Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Domain Driven Design knowledge.The selection process We welcome applications in English and Italian. If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests that assess your technical knowledge and how you approach problems. If you’re successful with those, we’ll invite you to a series of interviews.
