By joining us, you’ll play a part in creating the next generation of digital payments in an innovative, supportive, and international environment.What Makes You a Great FitEssential Qualifications:Master's degree in Adult Learning, Educational Technology, Work and Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, HR, or related fields.5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in consulting or large international organizations.Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering digital learning solutions, with exposure to AI-powered learning tools and modern learning technologies.Experience working across different digital learning environments and platforms, including LMS/LXP systems, digital content creation tools, virtual classrooms, microlearning, etc.Proven experience in international roles or projects, involving multiple countries and diverse cultural contexts.Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives from concept to implementation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior executives.High level of accountability, strong initiative, and a pronounced sense of urgency in driving high-quality execution.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
