We believe in humans.   We are looking for an experienced Localization Vendor & Resource Manager  As a Localization Vendor & Resource Manager you will be responsible for strategically developing and maintaining a high-quality, diversified resource database that anticipates and meets current and future production demands. You will leverage data-driven insights to shape recruitment priorities, elevate qualification standards, and ensure a scalable talent pipeline that supports sustained operational growth.   Responsibilities Talent acquisition and database growth: Continuously source, evaluate, and recruit professionals across multiple domains to strengthen our supply network, using targeted and innovative sourcing strategies. Qualification and ranking: Assess and rank professionals through data-driven processes to improve matching accuracy and responsiveness to project needs. Database management: Maintain a high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date database of linguists and specialized contributors, ensuring complete and standardized profiles. Data analysis and forecasting: Monitor trends, forecast language and service needs, and identify talent gaps across verticals, markets, and service types. Cost and coverage management: Align recruitment efforts with business needs, optimizing the cost per qualified resource and ensuring operational coverage above target thresholds.
