Electronic Engineer – RINA Location: Campi Bisenzio (Prato), Italy – Aerospace & Defence Division Mission RINA Consulting is hiring an Experienced Electronics Engineer with a strong background in the design, development, and testing of electronic systems and automated test equipment. Key Accountabilities Skilled in both hardware and software integration, with expertise in RF technologies, programming languages, and engineering methodologies. Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to cost‑effective manufacturing solutions through concurrent engineering. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Master’s Degree in Electronics Qualifications PCB design, electronic circuit analysis (analog and digital) for test equipment development, datasheet interpretation and configuration Microcontroller and SOM (FPGA) development environments; HW/SW integration on ATE/STTE stations, Boundary Scan methodology (JTAG) and automated test development RF systems: amplifiers, transmitters, receivers (UHF, VHF, K/Ka), RF measurement instruments; knowledge of analog and digital modulations (AM/FM, FSK, PSK) Avionic, military, and civil interfaces (ARINC429, MIL-STD-1553B, RS232, RS422) Network protocols (TCP-IP, UDP) and monitoring tools Laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscope, tester) Competencies Make effective decisions – structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraints Manage emotions – recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactions Client intimacy – embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfaction Think forward – capitalize on experiences and translate them into action plans for the future Build network – forge trust relationships across departments and outside the organization RINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.
