As a Technical Implementation Manager (all genders), you will take on primary responsibility for our new and ongoing projects. Together with your team, you will ensure that the number of our active parking sites in Italy continues to grow. To drive our innovative ideas and ambitious visions forward, we are looking for talents like you. What to expectTechnical planning: You are responsible for the technical planning of our parking sites, including the analysis and determination of hardware placements across the parking area. Coordination: You manage internal and external resources to ensure project progress and work closely with various teams in the Operations department and beyond. Installation planning: You plan installations and maintenance activities and show creativity in solving any on‑site issues that arise. Customer management: You act as the technical point of contact for your projects and coordinate a smooth installation/commissioning process with the customer. Continuous improvement: You challenge the status quo and ensure ongoing process optimization. Reporting: You regularly report KPIs and collaborate closely with various teams. Stakeholder management: You engage professionally with external partners and handle negotiations with confidence. Background: You hold a degree in industrial engineering, (technical) business administration, or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring around 2–3 years of experience in project management or operations. Technical affinity: You have spatial reasoning skills, technical understanding, and a hands‑on mentality. Work style: Analytical thinking as well as structured and thorough work are among your strengths. Think out of the box: You work independently and take ownership, demonstrating proactivity and solution‑oriented thinking. Open personality: You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
