Job Description Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Business Analyst – Retail & Point of Sales in one of our opportunities in the Retail & Digital Transformation industry in Italy ? Your missions?

Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for Retail and Point of Sales (POS) solutions.
Translate business needs into user stories, epics and functional specifications for technical teams.
Identify gaps in existing Retail/POS functionalities and contribute to defining improvement solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout development, testing and implementation phases.
Prepare functional and configuration guidelines and ensure that requirements are correctly implemented.
Support testing activities, validate solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Contribute to business transformation and digitalization projects in an international environment.
Prepare documentation and support training activities for end users and support teams.

✍️ Your profile?

Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid experience in Retail and Point of Sales (POS) projects.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business/functional requirements, user stories and process improvement.
Fluent English and Italian are required, as you will work in an international environment.
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.

Nice to have:

Previous experience with Retail/POS solutions, configuration guidelines or business transformation projects would be a plus.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

Gross Annual Salary: €30,000 – €42,000.
Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
