To learn more please visit .About the Role We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Advanced Wound Care (AWC) business in Northern Italy. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving regional sales performance, building strategic customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets. Your Key Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers Monitor performance using CRM tools and drive continuous improvement Manage regional budgets and optimize resource allocation Support hospital tender processes and public procurement activities Collaborate with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and technical experts Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation What We’re Looking For Proven sales leadership experience in the medical device or healthcare industry Strong knowledge of the Advanced Wound Care market (preferred) Experience with hospital tenders and public procurement Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy Passion for digital tools and CRM systems Native Italian and proficient in English Willingness to travel extensively across the region Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related field Experience in commercial roles within pharma or medical devices, with at least 3 years of experience managing a team Understanding of Sales Training, Tender Management, Marketing, and Market Access Skills in change management, particularly valuable in contexts of digital transformation and commercial reorganization Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to influence and lead across diverse teams Demonstrated commitment to Convatec’s values and behaviors What We Offer Role based in Northern Italy (no remote) Competitive salary and benefits package Training and development opportunities Collaborative and supportive culture Working Conditions Location: Field-based in Northern Italy (Milano or Turin preferred)Travel: Up to 75% across Piemonte, Val d’Aosta, Liguria, Lombardia, Sardegna and ToscanaLanguage Requirements: Native Italian, Fluent English Ready to join us?
