Randstad Talent Selection è la specialty che si occupa di Ricerca & Selezione di professionisti qualificati.Per azienda cliente, leader nel suo settore, cerchiamo Ingegnere di Processo.Si offre:- inserimento diretto in azienda;- CCNL met. ind.;- mensa interna aziendale;- orario flessibile;- welfare aziendale.Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€esperienzada 3 a 5 anniCome Ingegnere di Processo, avrai la responsabilità di gestire lo sviluppo di un processo produttivo (manuale e/o automatico), supportando l'introduzione di nuovi prodotti (componenti di natura meccanica) nel modo più efficace ed efficiente possibile garantendo eccellenti standard di qualità.In particolare ti occuperai di:- Analisi e ottimizzazione dei processi: Implementare e ottimizzare i processi di lavorazione meccanica, in particolare processi produttivi “a flusso” realizzando Standard Operativi appropriati; collabora con l’area Industriale per l’implementazione e l’ottimizzazione dei parametri di processo per migliorare l'efficienza e la qualità del prodotto.- Analisi dei costi: Dimensionare gli investimenti e supporto alla progettazione/realizzazione di impianti macchine e attrezzature in collaborazione con l’area industriale.- Risoluzione dei problemi: Condurre analisi strutturate delle cause principali dei fallimenti nei processi e implementare soluzioni per migliorare l'efficienza e la qualità e ridurre i tempi di inattività.- Collaborazione con R&D: Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team di Ricerca e Sviluppo per comprendere le specifiche tecniche e le esigenze di prodotto e processo. Definire e costificare i cicli di lavoro in coerenza con i target condivisi con R&D- Miglioramento continuo: Migliorare i processi esistenti allo scopo di incrementare il servizio al cliente, l’efficienza e la qualità del prodotto in uscita, garantendo al contempo la sicurezza e l’ergonomia di tutte le postazioni di lavoro coinvolte nel processo. Supportare l'implementazione dei principali strumenti operativi Lean (es. 5S, Visual Management, TPM, SMED).Che requisiti stiamo cercando?- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, dei materiali o affini:- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili (lavorazione meccanica), preferibilmente in contesti industriali caratterizzati da una forte propensione alla lean manufacturing- Buona conoscenza dell’Inglese parlato e scritto- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (word, excel…) e disegno 2D (es. Autocad)- Conoscenza (anche indiretta) di programmazione macchine utensili- Capacità di coordinamento e project management- Capacità di lavorare in team, problem-solving, e ottime doti comunicative.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
