Responsabilità principali Collaborare con i Recruiting e Sourcing Leads per sviluppare la strategia di sourcing nell’area di competenza. Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team Recruitment per garantire un flusso costante di candidati e costruire pipeline per esigenze “always-on”. Agire come Subject Matter Expert in materia di sourcing, interfacciandosi con Recruitment Marketing e Procurement per assicurare l’utilizzo dei canali e strumenti più efficaci. Effettuare attività di sourcing proattivo e presentare talenti pre-qualificati, rispettando SLA e KPI concordati. Garantire un’eccellente candidate experience, sviluppando e mantenendo relazioni con i candidati. Creare report e aggiornamenti per stakeholder, fornendo insight basati sui dati. Contribuire attivamente a meeting di sourcing, piani progettuali e iniziative, collaborando con il team Europe Sourcing. Coaching e sviluppo dei membri del team.
