Headquartered in Luxembourg, the Group is also present and serves clients in Italy, Spain and Chile.For more than 40 years, ADEPA has earned distinction for entrepreneurial approach, service innovation and unique client focus.We are looking for a new:FUND ACCOUNTANTMain responsibilities:In the frame of the Fund Accounting Service, Transaction Processing works in order to ensure that all transactions in the funds are efficiently and accurately booked. This includes performing several activities, mainly about inputting all fund managers activity and its reconciliation.Transaction of securities, derivatives, contracts: booking and reconciliationSubscription and Redemption Booking and ReconciliationDerivatives activity (etd and otc) and reconciliations with broker and Prime BrokerEnsure daily production deadlines are met in accordance with procedures and controlsGive support within the team in the day‑to‑day accounting and query resolutionExpense accruals and invoicing of feesQuery management of external relationships such as clients, vendors and auditorsEscalation of any issues/breachesMonitor any open issues to ensure prompt resolution.Qualifications and experience:University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent, Engineering or IT also valuedFluent in English, any other language is an advantageGood command on the MS office tools (excel, VBA), Phyton and other IT toolsMultifonds knowledge (version 460 or superior) will be an advantageAbility to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detailProactive and self‑organized, positive, dynamicConstant focus on quality and client serviceTeam player, adaptable, open‑minded and comfortable in an intercultural environmentAre you ready to accept the challenge and expand your knowledge inPlease send your application to#J-18808-Ljbffr
