Job Summary
As a Professional Services Architect, you will take a leadership role in designing and planning Idira solutions for our customers by establishing best practices and new approaches to adapt to the ever-changing security landscape. The Professional Services Architect must coordinate closely with implementation services, sales teams, and product management to ensure the solutions they architect meet customer needs, the Idira Security standards and are executed according to the plan.
Responsibilities
Design and architect solutions and planning documentation to meet the needs of Idira’s customers
Acquire an understanding of customer needs to provide recommendations for short and long-term goals while managing the entire customer journey.
