Occasional travel within Italy and Europe may be required for training or service activities. This is a permanent contract with fully remote working model. If you’re passionate about technical excellence and teamwork, we encourage you to apply Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Perform site assessments, installations, inspections, verifications, corrective and preventive maintenance of Medtronic devices Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and patient safety for all assigned equipment Accurately complete service documentation according to Medtronic quality standards Collaborate with the Service & Repair team to resolve complex technical issues and share best practices Supporting future product integration by organizing or performing upgrades and/or configuration updates to the equipment installed base Travel within Lazio and occasionally across Italy and the rest of Europe for service interventions or trainingRequired Knowledge and ExperienceTechnical diploma or higher qualification with a focus on electronics or electrotechnics Good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level) Basic computer skills (familiarity with software and digital tools) Valid category B driver’s license (for cars) and willingness to travel within the Lazio region and occasionally across Italy Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Residence or domicile in the Lazio regionPrevious experience in technical support for medical devices and the ability to work independently will be considered an advantage.
