Valmont Solar , a global leader in solar tracker technology, is looking for aSite Specialist .In the context of the project management team and reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Specialist coordinates the requisitioning of the portion of work assigned project areas in accordance with Company’s QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments (design data, codes, classes etc.), construction needs, schedule and budget.Essential FunctionsContributes to schedule preparation, actively controls schedule execution and proposes corrective actions when needed.Ensures coordination of interfaces with construction and partners.Ensures implementation of technical specification and scope of work of construction activities, including Commissioning and POT execution.Represents the company towards clients, partners, subcontractors, and third parties for technical subjects and may contribute by reporting information or suggestion to Project Manager.Attends daily meeting with the clients, partners, subcontractors and stakeholders aired by the client.Ensures request of Work Order, Purchase Request and Service Entry.Cooperates to document control and internal archive follow up.QualificationsTechnical DiplomaStrong problem‑solving attitudeCommunication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage complexityStress resistance and resilienceAbility to read and execute technical drawingsAvailability to travel for missions or for long periodsGood knowledge of English is a plusComputer knowledge: main IT tools (Office); CAD is a plusPosition : Full‑timeEqual Opportunity Statement : The search is open to candidates of all genders (L. 903/77), and the data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 101/2018 and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).About the Company Valmont Solar brings together more than 75 years as a global manufacturer of vital infrastructure, decades of trusted partnership with utilities and Convert’s 15 years of technical expertise in renewable energy generation.
