Are you passionate about building a thriving partner ecosystem that helps customers unlock the full potential of their data? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Data Partner Development Specialist (PDS) to join our India Amazon Partner Organization (APO) team. In this role, you will be the partner-facing authority on AWS Data and Analytics services — including Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, Amazon EMR, AWS Glue, Amazon MSK and Amazon S3 Vectors — driving partner capability development, co-sell execution, and go-to-market (GTM) scale across the India market. As a Data PDS, you will work directly with consulting, technology, and ISV partners to build differentiated data practices and offerings on AWS. You will enable partners to solve complex customer data challenges — from petabyte-scale data lakes and real-time streaming pipelines to enterprise data warehouse modernization — and drive measurable customer outcomes through partner-led and partner-attached motions.
