The Financial Times places it 4th in the world for Full-Time MBA programs and 6th in Europe among business schools.For our Executive Programs, Research and Events Operation Office we are looking for aPROGRAM MANAGEMENT INTERNThe successful candidate will play akey role in supporting and championing our Executive Programs : she/he will learn to be the vital link between the School and our participants, working alongside the professional staff dedicated to orchestrating the operational success of all Executive Programs. She/he will help to set, organize and run the Executive Programs, ensuring seamless organizational support toFacultyas well asparticipants . Join us in crafting an exceptional educational journeyAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY/ACTIVITIES Provideorganizational supportfor Faculty, craft course experiences that resonate (e.g. course calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants, etc.); Delight participants with top-notch customer care, ensuring a positive journey from the beginning of each class day Manage teaching materials and the dynamic e-learning platform of the Program Be in charge of the organization of company visits, study tours, seminars and course-relatedevents ; Manage evaluation procedures for courses; Collaborate with central services such as Marketing, Administration and Logistics;REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree; Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and in English One year of proved experience abroad (for studying or working or any other) Digital approach, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A people-oriented mindset withexcellent relational skills. Proactive in problem solving, energetic in accomplishing tasks, team player, effective on the job Strong sense of service, customer orientationWe offer: A full-time6-month internshipwith a gross allowance of€1,000 per month,a company laptop and phone, access to the SDA Bocconi training course platform, ticket restaurant.
