Affermata azienda informatica, in continua ascesa per lo sviluppo di soluzioni tecnologiche innovative e di criteri costruttivi sempre più avanzati, ci ha incaricati della Ricerca e Selezione di un Product Manager La persona selezionata avrà il compito di garantire l'implementazione e lo sviluppo di sistemi informativi a supporto della gestione dei processi CRM nel settore Energy & Utilities. Sarà il principale riferimento tecnico e funzionale per i clienti dislocati su tutto il territorio nazionale e internazionale, assicurando la pianificazione, l’attuazione e il miglioramento continuo di una strategia di prodotto efficace. Coordinerà un team interno di Product Management, composto da Product Owner, Business Analyst e Solution Specialist, con la supervisione delle attività di pianificazione e stima temporale. Sarà inoltre responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget, in termini sia di ricavi che di margine di contribuzione. Principali attività e responsabilità: Analisi dei processi organizzativi delle aziende clienti nel settore Utilities, con focus su vendita e distribuzione; Modellazione dei piani di business, dalla definizione dello stato attuale (As-Is) alla proiezione dello stato desiderato (To-Be); Valutazioni tecniche ed economiche a supporto della progettazione e delle attività di pre-sales; Proposta di soluzioni software personalizzate, con particolare attenzione al rispetto delle normative vigenti; Approvazione delle analisi funzionali e tecniche, con attività di parametrizzazione del sistema gestionale; Supporto agli user test, formazione e gestione delle fasi di go-live; Supervisione della corretta implementazione del software e controllo della qualità dei deliverable di progetto; Gestione di segnalazioni e problematiche da parte degli utenti finali. Requisiti: Diploma e/o Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Informatica o ambiti affini; Disponibilità a trasferte (clienti, fiere, eventi); Padronanza della lingua inglese. Sede di lavoro: FirenzeÈ prevista la possibilità di lavorare in smart working, alternando il lavoro a distanza con la presenza in azienda.Previsto contratto a tempo indeterminato a condizioni realmente soddisfacenti e incentivanti con RAL adeguata al ruolo.CarusiHR & Co.
