ActivitésOversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage. Implement secure, scalable solutions for both on‑premises and cloud environments. Coordinate the IT team and provide first‑level Help Desk support. Manage and optimize the BASYS SAP ERP system to meet business requirements. Support the integration and implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for production processes. Work closely with management to define and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and manage system updates, migrations, and improvements. Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and other regulations. Monitor system performance and implement backup and security policies. Manage vendors, validate contracts, and handle escalations to external consultants.Profil du candidatProven experience managing IT infrastructure for medium to large organizations. Advanced knowledge of BASYS SAP and MES systems. Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper‑V, AWS, and Azure. Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewalls) and IT security. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix), backup solutions (Veeam), version control (Git), and scripting languages (ABAP, Python, SQL). Knowledge of cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams). Relevant certifications such as CISCO, VMware, COBIT, ITIL are a plus.
