Live-in Nanny/Housekeeper – Milan, ItalyAccommodation: Private bedroom and bathroom providedWorking days and hours: 5–6 days per week, 1–2 full days off (including Sunday)Salary: Please present expectationLocation: Milan, ItalyNanny 40%The Children:6 children, aged 13, 11, 10, 8, 5, and 3Four eldest are independent and supported by a GovernessTwo youngest (preschool/early primary) require close supervision, bathing, and hands‑on carePosition Overview:Live‑in, full‑time (5–6 days/week)Occasional international travel with the family (valid passport required)Use of family car for school runs, activities, and errandsKey Responsibilities:Support morning routines, including breakfast, school bag preparation, lunch boxes, and uniformsSchool drop‑off and pick‑up when requiredAfter‑school supervision, homework oversight, and organisation of activitiesSupervising, playing with, bathing, and putting to bed the two youngest childrenLight children’s meal preparation when neededMaintaining children’s rooms, play areas, and laundryPlanning weekly schedules and coordinating activities, playdates, sports, and tutorsActing as proxy parent during parents’ travel, including sole charge of all six children for short periodsCandidate Requirements:Native or fully fluent English speaker preferred; Italian is a strong advantageClean driving licence and confident driverLegal right to live and work in the EU (EU passport or existing Italian work permit)Calm, energetic, organised, and discreetFirst aid/paediatric first aid certification is desirableComfortable with occasional long hours and international travelBy signing up to Exclusive Household Staff you are agreeing to our Standard Terms and Conditions and consenting to Exclusive Household Staff processing your personal details in relation to potential job vacancies.
