Overview Position Title: Clinic Director – Physical Therapist | Outpatient Leadership OpportunityLocation: Florence, ArizonaEmployment Type: Full-Time | 40 Hours per WeekSetting: Outpatient Physical Therapy ClinicTravel Requirement: None – Onsite Leadership RolePosition OverviewOur well-established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Florence, AZ is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide a multidisciplinary team, manage clinic operations, and deliver exceptional patient care—all while maintaining a balanced, reduced clinical caseload.This is an ideal position for a clinician who wants to advance into leadership without the administrative and financial demands of private practice ownership.Schedule Three Days/Week: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMTwo Days/Week: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMNo weekends or on-callCompensation & Benefits Base Salary: $115,000 – $150,000+ annually (depending on experience)Incentive Bonus: $30,000 – $60,000 annually (RVU-based)Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes:Medical, dental, and vision coverage (Aetna)401(k) with 4% employer match (eligibility after 12 months)$750 annual CEU reimbursementPaid Time Off:2 weeks of vacation5 sick daysPaid company holidaysKey Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative functionsLead, mentor, and support both clinical and administrative team membersMaintain a reduced clinical caseload while providing top-quality patient careEnsure compliance with documentation standards, EMR accuracy, and quality benchmarksImplement process improvements and quality initiatives aligned with clinic objectivesMonitor performance metrics and collaborate with leadership on growth strategiesPromote a collaborative, patient-centered clinic cultureSupport professional development through mentorship and continuing educationQualifications Required:Licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona (or eligibility prior to start date)Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experienceStrong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skillsDedication to evidence-based, patient-centered carePreferred:Prior leadership or management experience in an outpatient settingHow to Apply If you are a driven Physical Therapist ready to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact, we encourage you to apply.
