Role:Hemmersbach is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Onsite Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users. This role involves resolving issues across hardware, software, and networking, with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and professionalism. Main responsabilities: Providing support for service requests involving PCs, laptops, phones, and peripheral devices. Resolving hardware and basic software issues. Providing client-facing support with strong communication and professionalism. Preparing, installing, and configuring end-user devices. Performing service tasks within defined procedures. Supporting equipment disposal and decommissioning processes. Documenting work performed and updating ticketing systems. Providing feedback on technical processes to support efficiency improvements.Contract: 1-year fixed-term employment contract (with possibility of transformation into a permanent) Location: Milano (Romolo - fully onsite)Requirements:1+ years of experience as a Deskside Support Technician Working technical knowledge in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals.
