We closely monitor the regulatory landscape and are deeply involved in the development of valuation industry standards and best practices that impact our clients.Day-to-day responsibilities AnAnalystworks on a variety of assignments, including business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, valuations of complex securities including financial assets and liabilities as well as capital structures, intellectual property valuations, stock option valuations, reviews of valuations of hedge funds and private equity interests, and dispute consulting.Gather data and information pertinent to the engagement with a general knowledge of the various industry sectors (industrial, food and beverage, retail, banking, etc.)Providing insight and expertise on target industries, market and competitor informationValuation analysis, including determining appropriate valuation methodology and building and reviewing financial modelsPresentation of results in a clear and concise report to project teamsAssisting in the development of presentations and publications communicated to clientsManaging junior staff on analyses, reports, and presentationsEssential traitsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from an accredited college/university.
