Head of Finance Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to oversee and optimize our financial and operational functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to drive Foreverland's growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations on financial strategy, risk management, and capital allocation, while developing cash flow management strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity.
  • Design and implement cost optimization initiatives, including negotiating supplier contracts to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Refine financial models to support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, and Product Development teams to align financial planning with company objectives.
  • Identify and secure grants and funding opportunities while managing banking relationships to support financial stability and expansion.
  • Partner with external consultants (tax, legal, and audit) to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize business strategies.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in finance and operations roles within industrial or manufacturing companies.
  • Experience in fast-growing startups or strategy consulting/Investment Banking is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, as this role requires working across multiple teams.
  • Passion for sustainability, food innovation, and taking on big challenges.
