You will deploy innovative strategies and tactical activities to bring our marketing plans to life. You will contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing plans, working closely with the marketing, sales, and supply chain teams, as well as other key stakeholders. Your efforts will be crucial in achieving the company’s ambitious business objectives. The role combines strategic thinking, data analysis, forecasting and a passion for achieving ambitious results in the OOH channel.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, coordinate and execute Trade Marketing activations in line with brand and channel strategies.Monitor the effectiveness of Trade Marketing activities and propose improvement actions.Lead business analysis and performance monitoring through sell-in/sell-out data and KPIs.Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure proper implementation of Trade Marketing initiatives.Manage the creation and development of POSM materials for the OOH channel.Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.What You Need To SucceedEntrepreneurial spirit in the OOH channel is a must haveStrong result orientation and ability to work toward clear objectivesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProblem solving abilities and flexible thinkingDynamism and adaptabilityStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectivelyStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively within cross-functional teamsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Trade Marketing, Marketing or related fieldsPrevious experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales, preferably in the OOH channelGood command of the English languageProficiency with Excel and PowerPointWhat You Can ExpectA unique mix of global scale & start-up spirit—€7.9 bn powerhouse with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
