MBDA Italia is the Italian company that is part of the multinational MBDA group, a world leader in the missile systems sector. MBDA represents the leading European Group with production and design capabilities able to cover the entire range corresponding to the current and future needs of the armed forces (land, air and sea). Within the "MD/IMV/AD-MSL" Directorate, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for a "Missile Trial Engineer for a terrestrial Defense System". Education: Five-year degree in technical/scientific disciplines, preferably in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. Professional Skills:

Knowledge of the architecture of complex weapon systems and their subsystems; mastery of issues relating to the integration and validation aspects of complex systems.
Proven experience in testing activities both in the laboratory and on field.
Industrial Integration Validation Process.
Preparation of documentation relating to the Integration, Verification and Validation process: integration and Validation procedures, testing procedures.
Excellent knowledge of typical laboratory instrumentation, tools and test equipment.
Experience in managing formal tests with the end customer.
Consolidated experience in managing activities conducted on site (both Italian and abroad).
Basic software knowledge, in particular: Networks, Operating Systems (Windows and Linux) and Matlab application.
Basic skills in Project Management.

Completing the profile: effective communication, proactivity, ability to work in a team, resilience, autonomous decision-making, adaptation to complex logistical situations. Soft Skills: Problem-solving skills and aptitude for teamwork. Professional Experience: At least three years of experience in the functional AIT field. Any experience gained in the Defense sector will be considered a preferential title. Language Skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English. Activities foreseen for the role: Activities foreseen for the role:

Integration of equipment and simulators in a SIL (System Integration Laboratory) environment.
Definition and drafting of typical documentation in the AIT field (procedures, test reports, data analysis……).
Functional verification of S/System and System in a Reference Platform environment: Programming, Definition and Execution of tests aimed at verifying the requirements expressed in the project specifications and subsequent analysis of the recorded data, issuance of test reports.
Functional Validation of S/System and System on field: Programming, Definition and Execution of tests aimed at validating the requirements expressed in the project specifications and subsequent analysis of the recorded data, issuance of test reports.
The role involves frequent and prolonged transfers to Italy and abroad.
