Job Overview We are currently sourcing candidates for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent For Avis position in Greece, a unique role within the fast-paced travel industry. Key Responsibilities Deliver world-class assistance to Avis customers regarding vehicle rentals and travel logistics
Manage reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with high professional standards
Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure a seamless travel experience for every client
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the travel industry CRM systems
Collaborate with international team members to uphold the premium brand image of Avis
Provide expert guidance on travel insurance, vehicle categories, and service packages
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service protocols to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit
Proven experience in customer service or the travel industry is highly preferred
Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
