Business Operations Generalist / ビジネスオペレーションズ・ゼネラリスト/ 障がい者雇用（契約社員), AWS Enterprise Supportジャパン・エンタープライズ・サポート・チームをサポートしてくれるビジネスオペレーション・ジェネラリストを探しています。ビジネスアナリストは、エンタープライズサポート部門内のさまざまなデータに関する業務を担当します。東京で成長を続ける国際チームに加わる絶好の機会です。雇用期間：期間の定めあり（1年）契約更新：更新することがある（契約期間満了時の業務量・勤務成績、態度、能力、勤怠、業務ルールの順守状況（安全・品質等）、健康状態、会社の経営状況、余剰人員の発生状況、従事している業務の進捗状況、解雇事由の有無、その他更新の判断に影響を及ぼす一切の事情を考慮して判断する）通算雇用期間の上限：有（契約が更新される場合であっても、その雇用期間は、最初に締結された雇用契約書に基づく雇用開始日から通算して 5 年が到達する日の属する月の前月末日までを雇用期間の限度とする。但し、当該 5 年到達日が月の末日の場合は当該日までを雇用期間の限度とする。なお、この規定は 5 年間の雇用を保証する趣旨ではない。）Key Job Responsibilities既存のデータセットを使用して、日次、週次、月次、四半期、年次レポートを生成します。マネージャーからの特定の要求に対して応じて正確なレポートを提供します。複数のソースからのデータを単一の形式に集約します。社内の利害関係者へのアンケートを作成して、データが存在しない事例を調べます。潜在的なデータ異常/遅延を事前に検出し、解決するまで適切なチームにエスカレーションします。その他、データに関する業務Qualifications障害者手帳をお持ちの方1年以上の実務経験数式やピボットテーブルなどを含む、Microsoft Excelの主要な機能を使用できる方日本語（ビジネスレベル）、英語（リーディング）データ分析経験英語 (ライティング)国際企業での勤務経験Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
