The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection, one of the most vibrant and dynamic 5 in Rome, is looking for youResponsibilities:Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards and established recipes.Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation of dishes.Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.Monitor stock levels and assist in managing raw material orders.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.Train and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and skills.Participate in the creation of new dishes and menus, contributing innovative ideas.Assist in managing and controlling costs, ensuring operational efficiency.Skills:Chef de Partie Pastry experience in a hotel of the same category.Excellent command of Italian and English.
