John Crane customer service is accessed through a global network of more than 200 sites in over 50 countries, employing over 6,000 employees worldwide.OverviewThis role works as a Diagnostics Engineer (Condition Monitoring) reviewing and reporting on client data, providing corrective actions and recommendations remotely for UK contracts and onsite support for contracts in Italy.ResponsibilitiesTechnical analysis and reporting of machinery data (including vibration data)Peer reviewing technical reports and documentsWork effectively as part of a team to deliver CM contract requirements to a high standardOccasional site visits within the Italy region to perform routine and ad‑hoc additional testing, including offshoreWork independently and confidentlyCustomer engagement and consultation with office‑based support team and site personnelItalian national, fluent in English essential for this roleKey MetricsEfficiency of data analysis and reportingAccuracy of analysis & recommendationsWillingness to learn and develop in the roleCustomer satisfactionShared SLI, quality, profitabilityKey Skills and ExperienceEngineering degree or equivalent experienceEnglish language proficiencyMinimum 3 years’ experience in vibration analysis for condition monitoring of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors)Vibration Analysis ISO 18436‑2 Category 2Good level of communication and reportingLubrication Analysis ISO 18436‑4 Category 2, or equivalent specialist skillsVibration Analysis ISO 18436‑2 Category 3Experience with client CMMS systems, like SAP and MaximoUse of various hardware/software, preferably Emerson 2140/AMSGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeKey Individual AccountabilitiesConduct analysis of routine condition monitoring data, including vibration and other techniquesReport Condition Monitoring analysis results and associated corrective actions/recommendationsConduct specialist vibration analysis and equipment troubleshooting (e.g., Balancing, Orbit Analysis, etc.)Mentor clients in basic Condition Monitoring techniquesContinuously improve the effectiveness of condition monitoring programmes through defined review processes in conjunction with the contract service delivery managerDemonstrate the benefit of carrying out recommendations using a defined processWork within the requirements of the John Crane Integrated Management System (IMS)Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing and Oil and Gas```, "IsExpired": false#J-18808-Ljbffr
