Job DetailsTitle:Project Manager Type:Full time, home-based near Florence, Italy Seniority level:Entry level Employment type:Contract Job function:Project Management and Information Technology The Candidate Will Be Responsible ForHotel contracting Air and rail ticketing, individual and group Individual and group hotel stays Catering services (coffee breaks, business lunches, dinners) both in hotel and outside Individual and group transfers Final reporting on projects SkillsConfident handling of Excel Good knowledge of gds AMADEUS air booking system Good knowledge of gds PICO rail booking system Service orientation and aplomb in dealing directly with people Process-oriented, proactive & solution-oriented working style Precise work and high-quality standards Commitment, flexibility and willingness to learn in all areas Aptitude for teamwork Availability to make business trip if necessary in occasion of events and project relates to the client followed Good English knowledge Good spirit of initiative and reliability Good relationship skills Experience with organizing meetings and events PERKSFlexible Working:We believe that a flexible working environment is key to getting the best out of our teams.
