For a multinational leader in the Home & Personal Care sector, we are looking for a : Continuous Improvement & TPM ManagerThe professional will be responsible for developing and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Continuous Improvement strategies within the production plants, with the goal of enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste and inefficiencies, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.The role will work closely with all business functions (Manufacturing, Planning & Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, Finance) and will directly manage a Continuous Improvement Specialist .ResponsibilitiesLead and develop TPM programs in the plant, supporting Production and Maintenance.Develop and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives based on Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.Analyze production processes and equipment performance, monitoring key efficiency indicators ( OEE, MTTR, MTBF ).Manage improvement projects in collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics.Lead autonomous maintenance and preventive activities , actively engaging operators.Apply problem-solving tools ( FMEA, 5 Whys, RCA, PDCA, DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping ).Plan and deliver training and development programs for staff.Support the digitalization of maintenance and production activities, with a focus on Industry 4.0 technologies (MES) .Foster team growth and inclusion through coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback.RequirementsDegree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering (or equivalent).5+ years of experience as a Continuous Improvement / TPM Manager or Plant Manager within complex manufacturing environments.In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).Proven experience in data analysis and use of performance monitoring tools.Strong leadership and soft skills oriented toward change management and people engagement .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.Fluencyin Italian is a strictprerequisite.Interested?
