ResponsabilitàProgettare e supervisionare l'integrazione di sistemi automatizzati (es. check-in/check-out, gestione camere, concierge digitale) Coordinare l'installazione e la manutenzione di robot di servizio (es. robot maggiordomo, robot per pulizie, robot per room service) Collaborare con il team IT e Facility Management per garantire la compatibilità tra sistemi esistenti e nuove tecnologie Monitorare le performance dei sistemi automatizzati e proporre miglioramenti Formare il personale sull'interazione con i robot e sull'uso dei sistemi automatizzati Gestire i rapporti con fornitori di soluzioni robotiche e tecnologiche Analizzare i dati operativi per ottimizzare i processi e ridurre i costi.Profilo del CandidatoLaurea in Ingegneria dell'Automazione, Meccatronica, Informatica o affini (preferibile) Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito automazione o robotica, preferibilmente nel settore hospitality Conoscenza di sistemi IoT, intelligenza artificiale applicata al servizio clienti, e software di gestione alberghiera Capacità di problem solving e project management Ottime doti comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team Inglese fluente (altre lingue costituiscono un plus).Offerta di LavoroSconto dedicato nelle strutture del gruppo Bonus compleanno Brunch settimanale Kit aziendaleDesired Skills and ExperienceLaurea in Ingegneria dell'Automazione, Meccatronica, Informatica o affini (preferibile) Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito automazione o robotica, preferibilmente nel settore hospitality Conoscenza di sistemi IoT, intelligenza artificiale applicata al servizio clienti, e software di gestione alberghiera Capacità di problem solving e project management Ottime doti comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team Inglese fluente (altre lingue costituiscono un plus).Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Information Technology – Hospitality Get notified about new Information Technology Specialist jobs in Rome, Latium, Italy.
