Our Talent Science team ensures effective, data‑driven talent selection globally. ResponsibilitiesBuild effective partnerships with leading academic institutions to promote Canonical’s graduate opportunities. Create a compelling proposition to inspire top talent to apply. Drive talent analytics, providing real‑time insights to business leaders and supporting efficient hiring processes. Conduct in‑depth behavioural talent interviews, offering insights into motivations and behaviours. Build relationships with global stakeholders to align on hiring goals and monitor progress. Generate data‑driven insights to support robust decision making. Shape employer brand and ensure positive candidate experience. Review and streamline hiring processes and tools for continuous improvement. Collaborate with external platforms to maximise ROI. Champion diversity and inclusion, eliminating unconscious bias in hiring practices. QualificationsOutstanding academic background, Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology or People‑focused fields. Experience in technology industry talent acquisition, especially graduate hiring. Strong data‑driven mindset; proficiency in SQL. Passion for scientific talent selection methodology. Knowledge of psychometric assessments and interpretation preferred. Experience conducting behavioural, competency‑based interviews and training stakeholders. Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Superset, Thomas International/DISC assessments. High personal organisation and self‑drive for remote work.
