Overview
Join Bosch’s Turin Engineering team to optimize and validate powertrain control functions in real-world environments. You will calibrate RB control unit software to meet project timelines and quality standards, while advancing AI-driven calibration methods. You’ll act as a technical bridge between development, stakeholders, and customers in an international, cross-functional setting. This role offers hands-on work on test benches and vehicles, with impact on performance and continuous improvement of processes. You’ll contribute to shaping innovative automotive software in a globally respected company.

Responsabilità Calibrate and validate powertrain control functions on the RB control unit to deliver validated software subsets
Support development and efficiency improvements of calibration activities, including AI model training and data-driven approaches
Provide first-line technical support during field tests, test-bench activities, and customer fleet operations
Serve as technical interface between internal teams, stakeholders, and customers for assigned functions
Perform diagnostic and validation activities and assist with OEM-related integration tasks
Contribute to issue analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement of calibration and application processes
Work in an international, cross-functional environment spanning software, calibration, vehicle, and customer activities
Requisiti fondamentali Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
Strong understanding of combustion engines and powertrain systems
Intermediate programming skills; interest in AI model training; knowledge of Python preferred
Experience with calibration, control functions, diagnostics, software application, test-bench activities, or vehicle testing is a plus
Results-oriented, structured, analytical mindset; motivated to learn and improve
Proactive, organized, clear communicator; hands-on with test benches and vehicles; good stakeholder interaction
Good command of English; Italian knowledge strongly preferred
Willingness to travel ~30% for business
