This role is critical in ensuring our operations align with legal and regulatory standards, particularly in the areas of privacy and data governance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of compliance and privacy programs in accordance with Vodafone Group policies and EU/Italian regulationsAct as the main point of contact for compliance and privacy matters, including GDPRConduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategiesOversee internal investigations and regulatory reportingSupport business units in applying privacy-by-design and compliance-by-design principlesDeliver training and awareness initiatives across the organizationManage data subject requests and privacy impact assessments (PIAs)Monitor regulatory developments and advise on business impactWho You AreWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, or legal roles, ideally within multinational and regulated environmentsDeep understanding of GDPR and other relevant regulatory frameworksStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and influence cross-functional teamsFluent English (spoken and written)Legal qualification or certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM are advantageousNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
