EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT PROFSSIONALMission of the RoleAs part of SDA Bocconi’s strategic development projects, the Employer Engagement Professional is responsible for identifying, building, and strengthening partnerships with national and international employers to enhance career opportunities for students, graduates, and professionals.The role aims to connect talent with organizations through tailored initiatives, data-driven insights, and high-quality engagement activities, contributing to SDA Bocconi’s positioning as a global hub for managerial excellence and career development.Key Activities Employer Relationship Management Build, maintain, and expand relationships with employers across industries and geographies to generate internship, project, and job opportunities. Market Development & Intelligence Map and analyze national and international labor markets, identify emerging trends and skills demands, and translate insights into actionable strategies and reports. Career Events & Employer Branding Design, plan, and coordinate on-campus and online initiatives such as company presentations, recruiting sessions, career fairs, and networking events to strengthen employer visibility and engagement with SDA Bocconi talent. Reporting Monitor engagement KPIs, prepare periodic reports, and provide insights to inform strategic planning. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams (Master Divisions, Marketing & Communication, Alumni Relations, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure coherent messaging and maximize impact across initiatives.Requirements Education: University Degree in Economics, Management, Communication, International Relations, or related fields. Experience: 5–6 years of experience in employer relations, business development, career services, or learning & development within an academic, corporate, or consulting environment. Languages: Excellent written and spoken English and Italian; Spanish nice to have, international experience (study or work abroad for at least 1–2 years). Digital Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems, data management tools, and event management platforms. Soft Skills: Strong relationship-building and communication abilities across different stakeholders. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. High sense of ownership, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Analytical mindset with a structured and problem-solving approach. Flexibility and energy to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Upon completion of the probation period, the working arrangement will be three days on-site and two days of smart working, to be agreed with the line manager
