Humangest S.p.A. ricerca per azienda nel settore automotive HR PLANT MANAGER Il candidato sarà il punto di riferimento del Plant per la gestione del personale, l'ottimizzazione dei processi ed il controllo dei costi del personale, riportando direttamente all'Amministratore Delegato. Ha una visione completa della funzione HR in uno stabilimento produttivo, in grado di operare con autonomia e pragmatismo in contesti industriali strutturati. Nello specifico si occuperà di: Gestione dei costi del personale: definizione, monitoraggio e previsione del budget Coordinamento amministrativo delle risorse umane con il fornitore esterno di payroll (ad esempio, modello 770, pagamenti agli enti, denunce di invalidità, rendicontazione obbligatoria, ecc.) Supervisione dell'organizzazione dei turni e della programmazione dello stabilimento Gestione della medicina del lavoro e collegamento con il medico competente Pianificazione e monitoraggio dei programmi di formazione Gestione del contenzioso individuale e delle relazioni sindacali Predisposizione di report periodici HR a supporto del management Gestione diretta del processo di selezione Requisiti: - Consolidata esperienza (oltre 5 anni) in ruoli di gestione delle risorse umane in contesti industriali, preferibilmente nel settore automotive o in stabilimenti di produzione - Approfondita conoscenza del diritto del lavoro e delle relazioni industriali - Ottima padronanza di Excel e degli strumenti di reporting HR - Forti capacità interpersonali, di leadership e orientamento ai risultati - Conoscenza del software di gestione presenze ZUCCHETTI "Presenze Project" - Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese Zona principale di lavoro: vicinanze Moncalieri Per candidarsi inviare candidatura a La selezione avverrà previa informativa sulla protezione dei dati ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 Reg.
