Mechanical Technician (Site: ATS Mechatronics) OPPORTUNITÀ:La figura richiede il montaggio e l'assemblaggio di macchine speciali per l'industria siderurgica, l'installazione di componenti elettrici, test e collaudi, diagnosi e risoluzione di problemi tecnici, e manutenzione preventiva e correttiva.La risorsa verrà inserita in un ambiente collaborativo e molto stimolante dove la crescita continua è l'elemento centrale del nostro Team. Verrai supportato e coinvolto in progetti internazionali con l'obiettivo di acquisire un mix di competenze per completare il tuo profilo professionale e affrontare sfide complesse nel mondo dell'Industria 4.0.La nostra filosofia pone le persone al centro, considerandole l'elemento principale della crescita.RESPONSABILITÀ:Montaggio e assemblaggio di macchine speciali e isole robottizate secondo le specifiche tecniche e i disegni meccanici.Installazione di componenti elettrici e cablaggi.Esecuzione di test di funzionamento e collaudi per garantire il corretto montaggio e funzionamento delle macchine.Diagnostica e risoluzione di problemi tecnici sia meccanici che elettrici.Manutenzione preventiva e correttiva delle isole robotizzate per minimizzare i tempi di fermo e massimizzare la produttività.Collaborazione con il team di ingegneria per apportare miglioramenti e modifiche ai progetti esistenti.Rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e delle procedure aziendali durante tutte le fasi di lavoro.Documentazione delle attività svolte e compilazione di report di intervento e manutenzione.REQUISITI:Diploma di Perito Meccanico, Elettrico o titolo equivalente.Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3-5 anni nel montaggio meccanico ed elettrico di macchinari industriali, preferibilmente isole robotizzate.Conoscenza approfondita della lettura di schemi elettrici e disegni meccanici.Abilità nel maneggiare strumenti di misura e attrezzi da officina.Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza elettrica e meccanica.Capacità di problem solving e di lavorare in modo autonomo.Ottime capacità comunicative e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.Disponibilità a trasferte per installazioni presso clienti e interventi di manutenzione.COSA PUOI ASPETTARTI:Ambiente giovane e dinamicoCultura aperta e collaborativaSoddisfazione e orientamento agli obiettivi (OKR)Equilibrio vita-lavoro (flessibilità e responsabilità)Lavoro stimolante con opportunità di crescita professionale (ambiente meritocratico)Opportunità di carriera su scala internazionaleCorsi di formazione tecnico/soft skills di alto livelloLuogo di lavoro: Trasaghis (UD)Sei pronto per una nuova sfida?
