Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role :As a Senior Project Manager Power Modules, you will be responsible for ensuring that Infineon’s projects on intelligent power modules and integrated solutions development run successfully.Lead project management activities for Integrated Power Modules (IPM) and Molded Modules, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to executionDevelop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans – organizing resources and controlling budgets to ensure the achievement of all operational targets and deliverablesServe as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries, ensuring transparent communication with internal and external stakeholdersBuild, guide, and inspire intercultural project teams to drive collaborationDelegate tasks and define clear responsibilities within the project team, coordinating Project Managers of sub-projects and supporting team members to maximize team performanceYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed :You are highly motivated and result oriented, you take initiative and are able to support your team achieving ambitious goals. You have excellent communication skills and are personally committed to customer needs.
