Per rafforzare il nostro gruppo di lavoro stiamo ricercando Consulenti SAP Analytics da coinvolgere in progetti di integrazione, reporting e plannnig a respiro nazionale e internazionale. Sarai inserito in un team multifunzionale di consulenti all’interno del quale sarai responsabile della qualità del tuo lavoro e del tuo allineamento rispetto alle priorità, agli obiettivi e alle esigenze dei clienti. Avrai, inoltre la possibilità di assumere un ruolo da mentore verso le risorse più junior del team condividendo esperienze e conoscenze. Definirai un piano di formazione , per essere sempre aggiornato sulle nuove funzionalità ed estendere le tue conoscenze su altre aree. Condividerai un percorso di carriera , che ti permetterà di crescere ed assumere maggiori responsabilità, integrando competenze tecniche e capacità manageriali. Raccogliere i requisiti attraverso assesment e interviste di approfondimento con i riferimenti aziendali coinvolti nel processo; Disegnare la migliore soluzione per Cliente prediligendo lo standard e optando per soluzioni custom ove riterrai opportuno; Garantire l’integrazione con le altre aree e con eventuali sistemi esterni; Supportare e/o Redigere la stesura delle analisi funzionali e tecniche definendone obiettivi e tempi; Supportare e/o Eseguire la fase di go-live; Supportare e/o perfezionare la formazione utenti definendo obiettivi, tempi e modi del training; Supportare e/o guidare i colleghi del team/progetto assegnato. Per noi è importante che tu abbia Esperienza nel campo dell'Analytics SAP, con competenze avanzate in Data Modeling (visual, SQL scripting), Data Integration, Reporting & Dashboards e Planning (Budget, Forecast); Apprezziamo inoltre la conoscenza aggiuntiva di strumenti quali SAP Analytics Cloud & Planning e costituirà un valore aggiunto alla tua candidatura la familiarità con SAP Datasphere (SAP Datawarehouse Cloud). Sei la persona giusta per noi se... Hai esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruolo analogo o similare; Possiedi una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Hai spiccate doti relazionali, comunicative e attitudine al team working; Sei flessibile, autonomo e preciso nell'esecuzione dei task progettuali assegnati, e fortemente orientato al Client Management; Sei disponibile a trasferte nazionali e internazionali.
