Overview Sarai inserito nell’Incident Response Team, appartenente all’Area Security Operations che si occupa della gestione dei servizi di cybersecurity che Certego eroga ai propri Clienti, con il ruolo di Customer Service Specialist. Responsabilità Le tue attività prevederanno:Identificare e costruire KPI e metriche che permettano di analizzare e migliorare l'andamento del servizio; Formalizzare e condurre processi di assessment per identificare aree di miglioramento nell'infrastruttura e nei processi di cybersecurity dei Clienti; Tecnica: su tecnologie di riferimento attraverso percorsi di certificazione e…Gestire le attività di progetto adottando un approccio orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi; Applicare capacità analitiche all'analisi… Gestirai l’intero processo di selezione in modo consulenziale: dalla definizione della job con il cliente, al posting, scouting attivo, colloqui, presentazione candidati e supporto fino all’inserimento… Fornire consulenza strategica e operativa ai clienti in situazioni di crisi, aiutandoli a identificare e implementare soluzioni per il risanamento.
