We’re looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the norm Position SummaryWe are looking for aLearning & Development Expertready to take on the challenge The ideal candidate needs to have experience in managingtrainingprojects and optimizinginterprofessional funds.The role involves designing and coordinating development programs, ensuring access to funding for continuous training and proper reporting. The profile should promote a corporate culture focused on continuous learning and skills development, while maintaining a strong focus on cost optimization and process efficiency. Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyzetraining needsand definedevelopment plansaligned with company strategies. Designandcoordinate trainingcourses (onboarding, soft skills, digital, compliance, etc.). Manage the entire cycle offunded projects : from applying to interprofessional fund calls (e.g., Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, FonARCom) to reporting. Coordinatewith theGroup L&D teamon international projects. Collaborate with suppliers and accredited institutions for course delivery. Update and manage content on the LMS platform. Design, schedule, and directly managetraininganddevelopment coursesdedicated to InPost Italy’smanagement . Coordinatecoaching programsfor the leadership team. Collaborate with the Group Learning & Development team on international training and development projects. Preparereports(KPIs, budget, project progress). Promote thecultureof funded training within the organization. RequirementsDegree in Human Resources, Training, Economics, or related fields. 3–5 yearsof experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on interprofessional funds and training calls. Experience indesigning and developing training coursesand delivering them personally. Knowledge ofregulations on funded trainingand reporting processes. Ability to manage suppliers. Excellentorganizationalandproblem-solving skills. Good knowledge of LMS and digital tools. other languages are a plus. Nice to HaveExperience with e-learning platforms and innovative methodologies (microlearning, gamification). Certifications in L&D or Project Management would be considered a plus.
