As General Manager, you are pivotal in driving adoption of our platform MyChips among Chinese game developers and enhancing relationships with brands, media agencies, across the region.You will be responsible for designing and hiring a rockstar local team, setting KPIs, and ensuring that strategic objectives align with company goals.What will you do?Have full responsibility for MAF performance in the Chinese market, working closely with the CEO and C-level to define the roadmap for the next years.Establish sales objectives and strategy within the managed territory.Effectively lead and motivate a dedicated sales and operations team.Represent MAF at key industry conferences and events, seizing opportunities to speak and present.Cultivate long-term partnerships with strategic clients and gather competitive intelligence to identify industry trends.Synthesize client feedback to aid in product development and roadmap planning.What will you need?Fluency in English and Chinese.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.Minimum 2 years of experience in app or games economy, established network among mobile app developers.Knowledge in rewarded & Offerwall advertising platforms.Proven management experience leading a team.Business network, used to present to C level executives.Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy.Fast learning capacity, reliability, and a proactive can-do attitude.Excellent communication, negotiation, and creative thinking skills.Outstanding active listening skills.Working in MAFThis position is fully remote, ideally with the candidate based in China.Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, from home or office.Join a team of multinational professionals at one of the top digital marketing scale-ups.Receive a highly competitive salary plus a performance-based bonus scheme.Enhance your skills with a dedicated training budget for courses or events, choosing your own path for professional and personal growth.Participate in company team-building days that combine brainstorming with relaxation.Enjoy complimentary meals, snacks, fruits, and beverages.Salary will depend on actual experience and knowledge.Join MAF and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing digital advertising in the app economy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
