Robertshaw is a private equity-owned global design, engineering, and manufacturing company selling product solutions to the appliance, automotive, and HVAC industries. We are an industry leader in advanced flow control components and systems for water, gas, and other fluids to help build extraordinary products that improve safety, comfort, health, and happiness. We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent with a strong technical and commercial background in components for commercial appliances, specifically in the HVAC and commercial refrigeration industry, and secondly in water valves for home appliances, and gas and cooking components. The ideal candidate will possess solid sales capabilities, a proactive approach, and a well-established network in both the Distribution & Aftermarket segment and OEMs in the Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC sectors consuming our products and will be responsible for Germany, UK and Scandinavia region. Provide technical and commercial support to customers Proven previous sales experience in the HVACR, Commercial Refrigeration components industry, and also, secondarily, in water valves and gas and cooking systems companies A solid network of contacts in Distribution/Aftermarket channels and OEMs Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission-based compensation model Languages: English Bachelor’s degree in Economic Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel and Power Point Remote Commission-Based & Kick-off Support for 12 first months
