The position offers a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.Let’s Go, together We offer a dynamic environment where individual contributions and inventions are valued and provide opportunities for training and self‑development.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be Reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal and ethical standards, with minimal supervision Responding, within established guidelines, to customers’ RFP / RFQs, vendor qualification documents and contractual requests Aligning with customers, using appropriate contractual language to reflect the business interests and policies of the parties Taking the Contracts Lead role on more complex projects and frame agreements as experience develops Working with customers, members of the legal team and other Emerson partners to bring deals to closure Analyzing business, financial, and legal risks Researching information on existing agreements and contractual programs, assisting with analysis and compiling data for reports Providing contract‑related guidance to Sales, Project Management and other partnersWho You AreYou distinguish between what is relevant and what is not, prioritizing actions accordingly, while analyzing multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. Establishing and implementing individual accountability within the team ensures shared responsibility and ownership.
