Sede di lavoro: Cantieri fotovoltaici in ItaliaSettore: Energie rinnovabili / Fotovoltaico EPCContratto: Tempo determinato / indeterminato⏱ Orario: Full-timeDescrizione della posizioneLa risorsa opererà prevalentemente in campo sui siti fotovoltaici, supportando le attività di esercizio, manutenzione e gestione operativa del cantiere.Il ruolo è pensato per profili tecnici con forte orientamento operativo, interessati a intraprendere unpercorso di crescita verso il ruolo di Site Managerall’interno di progetti EPC fotovoltaici.Responsabilità principaliPresenza operativa quotidiana sui siti fotovoltaici;Supporto alle attività di O&M ordinaria e straordinaria in campo;Coordinamento operativo dei tecnici O&M e delle squadre esterne;Supervisione delle attività di manutenzione correttiva e preventiva;Supporto al controllo delle attività HSE e al rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza in cantiere;Interfaccia con subcontractor, fornitori e personale tecnico sul sito;Supporto al Site Manager nella pianificazione delle attività giornaliere;Verifica dell’avanzamento lavori e segnalazione delle criticità operative;Raccolta dati tecnici e supporto alla reportistica di sito;Partecipazione alle attività di commissioning, test e ispezioni.RequisitiDiploma tecnico o laurea in ambito elettrico, energetico, meccanico o affine;1–3 anni di esperienzain ambito O&M, installazione o gestione di cantieri fotovoltaici;Forte predisposizione al lavoroon-sitee in contesti di cantiere;Conoscenza pratica dei componenti fotovoltaici (moduli, inverter, quadri elettrici);Capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e documentazione tecnica;Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte e permanenza sui cantieri;Conoscenza della lingua italiana; inglese tecnico come plus;Patente di guida.Profilo idealeMentalità operativa e orientata alla risoluzione dei problemi;Interesse a sviluppare competenze di coordinamento e gestione di squadra;Affidabilità, senso di responsabilità e presenza costante in campo;Buona capacità di comunicazione con team tecnici e fornitori;Flessibilità e adattabilità a ritmi di cantiere.Percorso di crescitaInserimento come O&M Engineer con focus operativo on-site;Affiancamento diretto al Site Manager;Progressiva assunzione di responsabilità nella gestione del sito;Evoluzione prevista verso il ruolo diSite Manager EPC .Cosa offriamoPercorso di crescita strutturato verso ruoli di gestione di cantiere;Formazione pratica sul campo;Coinvolgimento in progetti fotovoltaici EPC;Retribuzione competitiva e coerente con il profilo operativo.
